In order to keep it’s analysis tools updated and improve the usability of the Web Platform, Dynamox has just released some new features. Check out the main features of the newest version below:
REFACTORING OF THE GATEWAY DASHBOARD
In the Gateways’ new screen, the update is the indicator of Connectivity, Schedule and Collections in Memory. As well as the visibility of associated spots and the new Gateway configuration possibilities.
- The Connectivity indicators refer to which type of connection the Gateway is configured for and its state of operation. When the icon is green, it means that there has been connectivity for the last 30 minutes, if it is gray, there has been no connectivity.
2.The Schedule indicators refer to the proper configuration of the Gateways’ collections. If the indicator is in red, it means that the Gateway is unable to perform its functions properly due to the volume of actions or scheduled collection times, and needs to have its schedule changed.
3. The Collections in Memory indicators refer to whether there are collections and how many are stored in the memory card.
4.Visibility of Associated Spots, the Gateway configuration has received a major update that aims to unify the settings and information on a single page. In addition to having all the information that is in the list of gateways, the configuration page has the list of spots associated with their settings.
When you open a specific Gateway, the following screen is displayed
- Gateway name - you can change it by clicking on the pencil icon;
- Collections stored in memory;
- Date of the last Gateway's status update
- Gateway Identifier;
- Date of the last scan action of the sensors that are within its Bluetooth range;
- Firmware version;
- Date when the Gateway's last sent measurements;
- Connection status of the Gateway;
- Gateway schedule status;
The new Reports dashboard, which can be accessed through the lateral menu, is the new centralized way to view the Predictive Analysis Reports, as well as the newly released Off-Road Sensitive Analysis Reports. The latter is accomplished through new functionality made available in version 19.2.5 of the Android app.
In addition, it is now possible to change the resolution of the report from "open" to "pending” progress" or "closed", with the option to always leave comments for future reference. This resolution setting is available for both types of reports.
It is also possible to view the changes history of these reports and see the complete report of the time of the change, knowing when and who made the change.
In the DMA, the "Reports" column, which already displayed the status of the last report issued at the monitoring point, now also shows the status of the resolution.
With the new Sensitivity Analysis Report tool is possible to register anomalies in assets and sub-areas without the need to be linked to scheduled and routine inspections. This way of recording irregularities outside a predetermined route has its advantages, such as:
- The inspector sees a problem in assets that are not in the route, in that moment, can report the abnormality via the new function.
- In case an employee notices something unusual in an asset that is not inspected at a route, is possible to notify the occurred.
- If an already performed/closed route does not have consistent content, you can add information
These register is done on the DynaPredict App, know more in: Android: June/2022
REFACTORING OF THE FILTER DRAWER
In the Spectral Analysis screen, by clicking onit is possible to use filters for a more assertive visualization of the spectrum. The filter selection tool was redesigned for a better user experience.
The present filters and their respective graphs are now shown to facilitate the analysis process. By selecting one, you can enter the desired reference value:
DASHBOARD REFACTORING AND ROUTE REPORTING
The Route Sensitive Dashboard has undergone changes aimed at better usability for the customer. The screen now features more graphics and a new cycle view checkbox , making the report more visual, which makes it easier to follow the data.
It is also possible to view the adherence of the assets and the inspector taking into account only the accumulated number of checklists and Spot collections (items of a route) answered throughout the selected period. To do this, simply activate the button , located in the upper right corner.
The adherence by items comes as a solution to monitor the inspector's work taking into account the partiality, a new perspective on the work done, because it takes into account the response by items of a route. Unlike the adherence per route cycle that is calculated in a binary way, done or not done.
When you select a route, the following screen is displayed:
- Route Management Indicators
Through the adherence of the assets, it is possible to visualize the progress of the coverage of the inspections carried out, since the checklists or justified cycles are deducted from the calculation of the adherence of the assets. As for the inspector's adherence, the visualization focuses on the progress of the work done, that is, the checklists or justified cycles are accounted for the inspector's adherence.
Within the route report, it is also possible to have a complete view of the adherences through the evolution graph. There, it is possible to have clarity on how the adherence varied according to each cycle of the selected period.
In the right corner, there is a justification chart that demonstrates all the justifications given in taking the route and collecting Spots, in there you can see indicators for the justifications and their reasons.
2. Anomaly Indicators
The new route report also brings the criticality indicator per asset, in the "Anomaly Indicators" tab, allowing a detailed analysis based on the risk of failure in each asset belonging to the route and thus enabling a broad view of reported anomalies.
3. Answers from Checklists
Through this screen you can check the status of each checklist belonging to the route, including whether it was executed or not. The status in green, yellow or red is according to the criticality assigned to the checklist response. If the status is in black, this means that it was not performed, and in light gray, it is open. If there is a blinking red ball in the Route Cycle column, this means that the cycle is being executed.
4. Collecting Spots
This tab works analogously to the Checklist Responses tab, with the difference that it refers only to the collections of Spots made on the route in the context of the integrated inspection.
