Dynamox has just released a series of new upgrades to the Android version of the DynaPredict App. Check out the main features of the 4.17.6 version below.
- Search option for machine subsets and components
- Machine filter, subset and component in inactive status
- Navigating between levels within the predictive module
ROUTE EXECUTION MODE
During the execution of inspection routes, new navigation options were added between the items that compose them. The update aims to ensure more agility in the route execution process, where it is now possible to list only checklists belonging to the machine, subassembly or component level, as well as access the route execution mode.
When selecting the Only Checklists option, the application will show all available checklists and their locations among the subsets and components of the machine. On the top header of the screen, a counter is shown to inform how many checklists are assigned to the current level, allowing the inspector to follow the execution progress.
When accessing a checklist through this screen, the user will be able to use the execution mode. The feature works when the user finishes a checklist. A window will be shown informing the user about the next checklist to be answered, as well as the option to begin the process directly, avoiding the navigation back to the route screen.
NEW FAILURE MODES IN "ROLLS" TYPE CHECKLISTS
New failure modes for rollers and idlers support were added on the “Rolls” checklist type. For the rollers, the following failure modes were added:
- Loose coating (when applicable);
- Irregular coating (when applicable);
- Accumulation of material.
For the idlers, the following failure modes were implemented:
- Vibration (self-aligning);
- Accumulation of material.
SEARCH OPTION FOR MACHINE, SUBSETS AND COMPONENTS
The predictive module now allows the user to search for machine subsets and components (not only for the names of spots). This update guarantees an easier search experience - especially with a large number of subsets, components and spots.
MACHINE FILTER, SUBSET AND COMPONENT IN INACTIVE STATUS
Aiming to ease the user navigation on the predictive module, the inactive status filter was implemented at all structure levels. From now on, it is possible to filter by machine, subset, component and spot even while status is inactive (that is, when one or more spots have no sensor associated with them).
The update aims to help identify the Spots with no associated sensors to act, assuring that all assets of the plant are monitored correctly.
NAVIGATING BETWEEN LEVELS WITHIN THE PREDICTIVE MODULE
A level localization capability for the asset tree was introduced to the predictive module on the headers of many application pages. The way shown follows the same pattern of the asset tree and is selectable, allowing the user to navigate in a fast and flexible manner.
MANAGING PERMISSIONS ON DEVICES RUNNING ANDROID OS 12 OR HIGHER
Permissions to use basic mobile device features such as bluetooth, location tracking, recording audio messages, and camera use have been addressed so that even in cases where the operating system does not show it, the user will be asked about permissions. The change will ensure that all app functionality can perform as expected.
