PREDICTIVE MODULE:
SENSITIVE MODULE
NEW CHECKLIST TYPE: MANUAL MEASUREMENT
The sensitive inspection now has a new type of checklist, the Manual Measurement. The model for this checklist can be used to set up questions for the inspector, on an inspection route, take on-field measurements with an auxiliary instrument, and insert the value on the checklist.
Similar to the manual measurement question, the inspector will be indicated about the measurement unity needed to be measured. When selecting the “Add Measurement” option, insert the value and save. The user will be directed to the previous page accessed before the checklist. After the synchronization process, the data obtained by the inspector will be compared with the A2/A1 alerts previously defined on the checklist model creation, resulting in the alarm trigger if any gets ___?___pierced.
NEW CHECKLIST TYPE: BELT THICKNESS
Belt thickness is a more comprehensive checklist type that has been developed in order to provide a history of measurements taken with an ultrasound of the belt’s profile thickness. Each item represented on the checklist corresponds to a specific location of the conveyor belt, as seen below:
When doing a “Belt thickness” checklist, each measuring point is visible to the inspector. The process can be done in two ways: one point at a time, or, using the “+” icon, by selecting more than one position and inserting a value to be added automatically to all selected. After the synchronization process, on the Web Platform, a graph representing the conveyor belt’s profile thickness by point will be shown.
Obs: For this checklist model, it is also possible to set alarms via the Web Platform. In this case, the A2 (Min) value should be smaller than the A1 (Min), since the measuring process’s main objective is to find the lower thickness points to be identified.
PAUSED CHECKLIST FILTERS ON INSPECTION ROUTES
During the execution of an inspection route, pauses in the process may be necessary due to external factors. A new display filter model for paused checklists has been implemented at the machine, sub-assembly, and component levels to allow for greater ease for inspectors in the field.
COMMENTS ON INSPECTION ROUTES JUSTIFICATION
The justify feature on inspection routes now offers a new option for the inspector to use. This new field allows the inspector to provide comments concerning the route justification.
When selecting the “Justify” button through the application, the user might just scroll down to the bottom in order to enter the reason or justification into the “Note” field. The justification provided will also be visible on the Web Platform once it is submitted.
3 NEW JUSTIFICATION OPTIONS ADDED FOR INSPECTION ROUTES
Three new topics have recently been added: Scheduled downtime (holiday, etc.), Application inoperative and Sensor inoperative. The new features can be found by scrolling down to the bottom of the “Justification” section.
IMPROVED PERFORMANCE WHEN JUSTIFYING INSPECTION ROUTES WITH LARGE NUMBER OF ASSETS
When justifying a large number of assets on an inspection route, the application was not performing as expected. In this way, the justifying procedure along with the adherence calculation was reformulated and optimized, aiming for a better usage experience by the inspector on field.
PREDICTIVE MODULE
"ONLY SPOTS" OPTION FOR ASSETS
The “Only Spots'' visualization option has been redesigned on the Machine, Subset, and Component pages of the DynaPredict app. This update includes the “Only Spots” button, right below the entered level information. This way, all Spots and their associated sensors will be shown in a list, facilitating the Spot visualization compared to the subset/component hierarchy of the “General View” mode.
