Dynamox has just released a series of new upgrades to the Android version of the DynaPredict App. Check out the main features of the 4.15.6 version below.
INTEGRATED MODULE:
PREDICTIVE MODULE:
SENSITIVE MODULE:
- Mass collection of sequential triaxial spectra on inspection routes
- New visualization mode of “Rolls” type checklists
- Individual roll editing in “Rolls” type checklists
- Roll type retrieval in “Rolls” type checklists
INTEGRATED MODULE:
SHORTCUT TO CLEAR BLUETOOTH CACHE
The DynaPredict application uses the smartphone's bluetooth connection to interact with DynaLoggers. Multiple sensor connections and other bluetooth devices may fill the device’s bluetooth cache, worsening future connections. With the aim of improving device-sensor connectivity, a shortcut icon to clean the device’s bluetooth cache can now be found on the side menu, on the “Settings” tab.
When selected, the user will be redirected to the bluetooth settings of the device, making it easier to clear the cache and ensuring a better connection between the cellphone and DynaLogger.
PREDICTIVE MODULE:
DISPLAY OF SEQUENTIAL TRIAXIAL SPECTRAL DOWNLOAD PROGRESS
When collecting data from a Spot parameterized with high-frequency, triaxial spectral properties, the application interacts with the DynaLogger to acquire individual (sequential) data for each axis selected. Now, the tool shows the total and per axis progress in percentage form, aiming to improve user visualization.
SENSITIVE MODULE:
MASS COLLECTION OF SEQUENTIAL TRIAXIAL SPECTRA ON INSPECTION ROUTES
On inspection routes that contain Spots to collect, it’s now possible to demand mass collection of standard high-frequency triaxial spectra. The spectral acquisition will be sequential, one axis at a time. In the end, the application will gather all the data for it to be displayed on the Web Platform after synchronization. In order to collect from multiple monitoring points, the user will need to access (on an inspection route) the three point icon and select the “Collect all listed Spots” option.
The application will do a scan for all sensors within it’s bluetooth range associated with the machine and will show the mass collection option. If there are Spots with standard triaxial spectra, the acquisition will be sequential and the progress will be displayed in percentage beside each sensor’s icon.
NEW VISUALIZATION MODE OF "ROLLS" TYPE CHECKLISTS
The “Rolls” type checklist for sensitive inspection has had its visualization mode redesigned to show relevant information in a dynamic way to the user. When viewing an already answered “Rolls” type checklist, the user will be shown which rolls, their respective positions and which failures were reported.
INDIVIDUAL ROLL EDITING IN “ROLLS” TYPE CHECKLISTS
On “Rolls” type checklists, when adding rolls that have one or more failure modes, it’s possible now to edit them one-by-one.
To edit a previously selected roll, the user can check the list of already reported rolls and their respective failure modes in the bottom part of the screen, and select the edit icon.
ROLL TYPE RETRIEVAL IN “ROLLS” TYPE CHECKLISTS
On “Rolls” type checklists, the application saves the last position and also now the type of the reported roll, making the process of pausing an inspection route easier.
When returning to the route or the application after exiting, the option will already be pre-selected with the number and type of the last reported roll in use by the application right before the pause.
