In order to keep it’s analysis tools updated and improve the usability of the Web Platform, Dynamox has just released some new features. Check out the main features of the newest version below:
INTEGRATED MODULE
PREDICTIVE MODULE
SENSITIVE MODULE
- Definition of criticality in multiple choice question type
- Secure answers when editing routes with an active cycle
- Active cycle and current adherence indication
- Monthly and annual periodicity update on inspection routes
INTEGRATED MODULE
SENSITIVE INSPECTION RELATED EVENTS FILTER ON MACHINE VIEWER'S TIMELINE
Aiming to improve the integration between sensitive and predictive modules, it is possible now to filter sensitive inspected related events on the machine viewer.
The timeline can be filtered by events related to checklist answers, triggered A1/A2 alert levels, justified routes and all available types.
PREDICTIVE MODULE
ADDING COMMENTS IN PREDICTIVE ANALYSIS GRAPHS
The Predictive Analysis tool, which provides the process for producing a technical report based on vibration and temperature analysis, now accepts comments on appendix graphs, contributing to a more detailed analysis.
SENSTIVE MODULE
DEFINITION OF CRITICALITY IN MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTION TYPE
Sensitive analysis occurs by way of inspection routes and checklists, which question the field inspector about the physical status of the asset. With the aim of increasing the assertiveness of results, answers of multiple choice question types now allow the selection of criticality behavior when it doesn’t trigger any subquestions.
In case the selected answer triggers a subquestion, the criticality behavior will only be defined in it’s alternatives. For checkboxes question types (which can’t trigger subquestions), all alternatives can receive an associated criticality behavior.
SECURE ANSWERS WHEN EDITING ROUTES WITH AN ACTIVE CYCLE
The Web Platform now allows the editing and reconfiguration of inspection routes with an active cycle that already has synchronized answers. The answers will be saved and when new elements are added to the route, they will already be displayed for the inspector to answer in the current cycle, without losing any work done previously.
It’s possible to add/delete checklists and new assets to a route without losing any answer data already in the cloud. The deletion of an asset or an already answered checklist belonging to a route excludes it’s associated answers, keeping only what wasn’t modified. This way, the route adherence will be re-calculated and properly displayed to the user according to the modifications.
ACTIVE CYCLE AND CURRENT ADHERENCE INDICATION
To provide a better view for inspectors and managers, from now on it’s possible to verify in the route manager which ones have an open and/or active cycle. This way, better plant activity scheduling is guaranteed.
On the route manager, the user can verify which routes are active. It also shows partial adherence information of routes, indicating the percentage of already answered checklists and collected Spots in the current cycle.
MONTHLY AND ANNUAL PERIODICITY UPDATE ON INSPECTION ROUTES
Annual or monthly routes are now defined with complete cycles and no longer refer to longer periods in days, such as 365 days or 30 days.
Practical situation: a monthly route starting on August 25th will have an ideal completion date on September 25th, then October 25th and so on, not 30 days, 60 days etc.
