Dynamox has just launched a series of improvements for the Android version of the DynaPredict app. Check out the main updates for version 4.10.6 below:
- New design and performance improvements
- Visualization of machine spots only
- Option to deactivate background syncronization
Sensitive Module (Visual inspection routes):
- New criticality configurations for answering checklists
New design and performance improvements
The new version of the app comes with some redesigned screens, aiming to improve the usability as well as performance, such as the synchronization of large quantities of collected data.
View only the spots of an asset
The machine screen now comes with a filter to show only the spots belonging to the asset, including those that are allocated within subsets and components, which will have their icons hidden when the filter is activated.
This tool facilitates the visualization of spots in machines with various sub-divisions.
Option to disable background synchronization
By default, the app tries to synchronize the collected data in the background automatically while the device is being used for other actions. The option to deactivate this background synchronization ensures greater fluidity of use on more basic device models.
If the background sync is disabled, it then becomes neccessary to request the data synchronization via the synchronization banner (highlighted in red) or the side menu whenever a collection is performed.
SENSITIVE MODULE
This section outlines the new features implemented for users of the sensitive module (DynaPredict system module aimed at managing and executing inspection routes).
New criticality configurations
When a checklist is created, there is now the option to predefine or recommend the criticality for each of the possible answer alternatives. This ensures that an adequate criticality is applied for each anomaly.
- Defined only by the inspector: The inspector must define the criticality of the anomaly when answering the checklist;
- Automatically set: criticality predefined when creating the question. The inspector cannot alter the criticality;
- As a suggestion: suggested criticality is configured during the creation of the question. The inspector can opt to alter the criticality if deemed necessary;
- Alternative without criticality: option for alternatives where it isn't necessary to define a criticality.
