The alert trigger is activated based on a rule for A1 and A2 alerts for the data collected by the sensors and received by the Web Platform. It aims to prevent false alarms and provide greater control of the monitored spots.
The standard trigger for any spot is 2 (two) measurements. In other words, two consecutive points above the threshold are required to activate the alerts. See the example below:
In the example above, where the yellow line represents the A1 alert and the red line A2, if the trigger is kept to the standard 2 measurements, only the points on the right side of the graph would be enough to activate the A2 alert.
It's possible to change the number of measurements needed to activate the trigger at any time on the "Edit Spot" screen - 5.1) Web: Edit Spot. On the last tab, "Alerts", The trigger value for each spot can be increased or decreased via the option "Alert trigger condition"
