The Gateway list, a screen that can be accessed from the side menu on the web platform, assigns a status to the Gateways that are registered or in the configuration process. There are four possible statuses:
Healthy: The Gateway is configured and successfully collected data from all of its spots;
Not configured: The PIN was entered, but no spots are assigned to the Gateway;
Delayed: The Gateway is configured but did not communicate with at least one spot at the specified time;
Unhealthy: The Gateway is configured, but failed to collect data from at least one spot. By accessing the Gateway, it can be established which spot is not connecting;
Unknown: The Gateway has not connected with any spot yet. In this case, it is recommended to check internet connection and power supply.
This status is updated when each new collection cycle is performed through the Gateway.
