The "Spot Viewer" is a screen on the Web Platform with all of the historical data of the sensor.
First, the general spot data is shown (machine, spot name, sample interval, etc.):
The timeline follows, which presents the events of the spot in question chronologically during the selected period. Currently, the timeline contains icons that represent 3 types of event: continuous data collection, spectral analysis and editing of spot data (parameterization). By clicking on one of the symbols, a window will open with related event information. It is also through this spectrum symbol that the desired spectrum can be accessed.
Just below the timeline, the triaxial RMS Velocity graph is shown. Through the function table in the top right-hand corner of the graph, the following tools can be accessed:
1) Zoom Tools
The zoom tools can be used to view a specific part of the graph. Zoom can be done in one axis (horizontal/vertical) or both at the same time (window). The default zoom is set to 'horizontal'. To define the axis limits for a zoom, select 'Set limits'. To go back to the original view, select 'View all'.
2) Analysis Tools
The analysis tools have three functions:
- Alerts- Plot the A1 and A2 alert levels on the graph;
- Statistics - Show the maximum, minimum and peak to peak RMS velocity values for the selected period;
- Moving average- Used to smooth out fluctuations and highlight long term trends.
3) Viewing Options
The viewing options have two functions:
- Grid - Plots the grid lines at significant intervals on the graph.
- Area- Add or remove the color fill below each line on the graph
The temperature graph is shown below the RMS velocity graph. This graph has the same viewing options and tools as the RMS velocity graph, explained above.
Finally, at the bottom of the page, the RMS Acceleration graph is displayed (for DynaLogger models that support this function). It has the same viewing options and tools as the RMS velocity and temperature graphs, explained above.
